HR Technology Senior Associate Opportunity

Locations: Tampa, FL (33602), Dallas, TX (75201), Jersey City, NJ (07302)

Salary: Up to $120K plus bonus

Role Overview:
Join a dynamic HR Technology team supporting enterprise-level HR systems and processes. You’ll lead implementations, manage configurations, streamline workflows, and provide innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs. This role offers a blend of strategic and hands-on responsibilities, driving transformation in HR technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR technology implementations, from requirements gathering to user training
• Configure systems and recommend enhancements to meet business needs
• Support end-users, troubleshoot system errors, and deliver training
• Ensure system integrity through maintenance, audits, and updates
• Develop detailed reports and present insights to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in HR technology or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise HR systems, with Oracle HCM Cloud preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills at all business levels
• Advanced Excel skills, including v-lookups, pivot tables, and macros
