Full Job Description
- Contact Strategy & Engagement: Engage with a minimum of 50 adjusters daily through phone calls and emails, representing our company and its services.
- Networking: Attend local adjuster group meetings and conferences to build and strengthen industry relationships.
- Client Engagement: Schedule in-person meetings with local adjusters at least once a month to build trust and understand client needs.
- Reporting: Provide weekly reports detailing all contacts and communications to keep management informed and aid decision-making.
- Collaboration: Participate in virtual meetings with management twice weekly to align with company goals.
- Sales Management: Manage all sales activities, including sourcing new business opportunities and nurturing a sales pipeline.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing research on related products, maintain competitive pricing, and explore local marketing opportunities.
- Onsite Inventory: Oversee and manage onsite inventory as needed.
