The Operations Manager for our company acts as a supportive resource to Branch Managers. Primary responsibilities include training and developing the inside sales and dispatch personnel and monitoring the sales and dispatch performance to identify opportunities for improvement, which ultimately leads to increased revenue, new accounts, and increased market shares. Additional responsibilities include being involved in new hire interviews, assisting with employee performance reviews and departmental meetings, fleet review, and overall operational procedures to maximize revenue and minimize costs.

Requirements

Preferred Qualities/Experience:

  • Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbally and written, in English.
  • Advanced customer relations and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate typing and computer skills – specifically with Microsoft Office
  • Collaboratively work with branch employees and management to achieve business sales and efficiency goals.
