Role Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations around Corporate Studio facilities, equipment, and reporting, as well as M&A, NSO, and sale transitions. This role works closely with various departments to ensure all facility operations are well-coordinated and aligned with organizational goals. The primary objectives of this role are to optimize facility performance, enhance client experience, strategically identify and manage reporting needs, support success of transitions around studios, and maintain a safe and compliant environment.

Responsibilities:

Corporate Studio Support (80%):

  • On-going responsibilities to support the Corporate Studio network
  • Facilities:
    • Manage facility maintenance for studios from HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical etc.
    • Develop and maintain partnership w/ Worksmith platform for ticket submission and communication w/ vendors.
    • Compliance w/ Preventative Maintenance services and Fire Extinguishers
    • Refresh projects for older studios
  • Equipment:
    • Oversee equipment requests from the studios to our Equipment Department
    • Facilitate the communication as well as repairs/replacements w/ Regional Managers and VP of Corporate Studios
  • Reporting:
    • Procurement solutions- partner w/ platform for in-studio ordering
    • Consolidate billing for phone/internet/utilities partnered w/ AP
    • KPI dashboard creation and tracking

HQ Operations Support (20%):

  • Responsibilities as required by business needs to support HQ functions, regardless of Corporate Studio involvement
  • M&A Transition 
    • Facilitate operational action items from Corporate-Franchise and Franchise-Corporate. 
    • Transfer of active accounts such as utilities/nitrogen providers/CRM platforms
    • Connect HQ departments w/ buyer for clear communication of HR/Marketing action items
  • Corp Studio - NSO Launches 
    • Oversee new studio openings from Buildout Phase to Grand Open Phase
    • Set up utilities, certifications and licensing requirements
    • Exterior signage and interior vinyl approvals/scheduling
    • Studio setup- Install equipment/tech for all modalities
    • Cost analysis from construction/marketing/payroll/expenses
  • Franchise Studio Closing 
    • Studio closing (franchise) customer communication management
    • Reimbursement communication w/ finance for rendered services of transferred members from closed studios.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong excel, MS Office and Google suite skillset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks and multiple projects.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in facility operations management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management best practices, including maintenance, security, safety, and compliance.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with supporting M & A strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability and experience around KPIs and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.
