Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide (EEFT), has an exciting role for Operations Interns that will support the Cash Management and Client Services Departments.

Cash Management Department:

• Gaining experience in the field of planning the availability of cash in devices.
• Data verification and report analysis.
• Support in the analysis and improvement of tasks.
• Prepare setup for migrated terminals in Euronet cash management portal.
• Other duties as assigned.

Client Services Department

• Assist with collecting, correlating, and updating HubSpot with client contact information.
• Assist with collection and tracking of ACH forms from clients.
• Set new clients (and existing clients) up on Euronet Portal.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for shipping (primarily) routers to field.
• Assist with creation/modification of work instructions for client services team (onboarding, change requests, migration, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.
