About the role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly motivated Call Lead to join our team at a rapidly expanding pet retail store. As a Call Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by generating and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, providing key information to hot leads, managing customer support, and ensuring effective follow-up. Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for hot leads to visit our pet retail store, ensuring optimal customer experience and personalized attention.
- Act as the initial point of contact for hot leads, providing key information, addressing questions, and offering recommendations before their store visit.
- Assist in managing customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-up activities with leads, such as phone calls, emails, or personalized messages, to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lead generation, B2C sales, or an online sales role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence potential customers effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the pet retail store.
Benefits
Hourly rate of $18/hr plus commission
Our Hiring Process (3-5 days)

- Recruiter Screen. Our recruiting team will reach out to schedule your phone screen (15 minutes)
- Final Interview. As the final step in our process, those that we qualify as a good mutual fit will be scheduled for an final interview with our Sales Manager. (30-45 minutes)
