We are looking for a customer-oriented team member who dispatches/coordinates inbound customer requests.  An Office Manager will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. They are genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving comes naturally and they are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

ABOUT PRIME POOL SERVICE

We are a well-established and growing full-service pool cleaning, repair, and maintenance company with residential and commercial customers in the Austin and Central Texas area. We are a family-oriented workplace that cares for its employees and takes pride in paying above-market wages and annual bonuses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls/emails/web submissions
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements

  • Customer support experience or experience as a client facing representative
  • Reasonable computer skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
  • Pool service industry experience preferred but not required
  • 100% in-office: 12014 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78753
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30-4:00 with 30 minute lunch
