DEPARTMENT:
Department of Rehabilitation Medicine
CASES:
Amputation, burns, or functional limb loss
SCHEDULE: Work hours are 7:00 am to 4:00pm Monday-Friday. Work week will not exceed 40 hours.
Requirements
Degree/Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Experience: 2 years experience providing direct clinical outpatient care in Occupational Therapy.
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS)by the American Heart Association
License: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license from any U.S. jurisdiction to practice as an occupational therapist.
Benefits
Compensation:
- Rate: $51.77/hour
- H&W: $4.23/hour- allocated for medical benefits or cash in lieu of benefits
- Total Compensation (Rate + H&W): $56.00/hour
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days of employment
- CME Reimbursement: $500 per year (available after 90 days of employment)
- PTO: up to 80 hours annually (accrued per pay period)
- Sick leave: up to 56 hours annually (accrued per pay period)
