Top Health System in Jacksonville, TX is looking for a Nursing Director of Surgical Services to be responsible for the direction and supervision of the department.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and mentorship to staff to support growth and advancement.
- Monitoring quality, patient satisfaction and employee morale and identifying areas for improvement.
- Acting as a change agent and implementing strategies for advancement and improvement.
- Directing all administrative, financial and clinical activities of the department.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Nursing experience, including 2-3 years in a Leadership capacity.
- Bachelor's of Nursing Degree; Master's Degree preferred.
- Current RN License; certification in clinical specialty or nursing administration preferred.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, judgment and decision making skills.
