Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of beauty consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Coach and develop team members, providing ongoing training and feedback to ensure product knowledge and excellence in customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure product availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to identify sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Nordstrom store management team to maximize brand exposure and drive sales growth.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmetics industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of current trends and products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to travel to different Nordstrom locations within the designated region.
