In this role, you will leverage your makeup expertise and sales skills to promote and provide exceptional service with the signature Charlotte Tilbury touch. You will be the face of the brand, encouraging customers to explore a curated selection of premium cosmetics while contributing to the growth of the business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create unique makeup looks tailored to individual needs
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to team goals
• Educate customers about product benefits and application techniques
• Maintain counter cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with team members to promote teamwork and customer satisfaction
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and trends
• Assist with visual merchandising and promotional events as required

Requirements

1-2 Years Experience in Beauty Retail or Sales
