Requirements
Our Order Selectors get rewarded for their work!
- You work individually in a competitive environment.
- Your job is to timely and accurately select and palletize customer orders using an electric pallet jack.
- We have dry/cooler and freezer selectors, with our new selectors generally starting in the freezer.
- You will use a Vocollect (audio headset) with a wrist scanner and stickers to select and label product, building the pallet as you go.
- Once your order is done, you take it to the designated loading door where your teammate takes over.
- You are constantly moving and lifting so you're getting paid to work out!

Duties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
- Using our picking system, select products for customer orders at a rate of 195 cases/hour for freezer and 180 equivalent cases/hour for dry, bi-weekly.
- Maintain a 1 and 3000 error ratio or better, bi-weekly.
- Properly stack and label products on pallets for delivery to the customer.
- Correct any shorts in a timely manner.
- Use pallet jack in the warehouse to transport product to the corresponding door it is routed to.
- Report all spills, breakage, and damage of product to a supervisor.
- Perform assigned aisle clean up before end of shift.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures and practices.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management team.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Job Attributes
- Entry level, preferably 1 year of experience.
- Ability to operate a motorized pallet jack a plus.
- Attention to accuracy, detail, and organizational skills.
- Adaptable to a changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, detailed and deadline oriented environment.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Must pass all pre-employment screens.
Physical Requirements (including, but not limited to)
Representative of the requirements to perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made per ADA regulations.
- Ability to routinely lift/move up to 65 pounds, occasionally lifting heavier amounts.
- Ability to work in cooler temperature zones as low as -20 degrees.
- Ability to maintain a high level of visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time as required.
