Currently, we are in search of an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level New Home Specialist. This role presents an exciting opportunity for professional development, starting with online sales and advancing to onsite sales following thorough training and on-the-job experience.

Position Overview:

As an Entry Level New Home Specialist, you will play a vital role in engaging prospective homeowners through the exciting journey of building their dream home. Initially, you will engage with leads through online platforms, providing personalized support and information. You will be instrumental in facilitating the sales process and driving conversions with the goal of setting an appointment with our New Home Specialist. Upon mastering online sales techniques and completing extensive training, you will transition to onsite sales, where you will showcase our Design Studio, model homes and work with prospects to help them purchase a new home and navigate the building process. 

Requirements

  • Engage with prospective buyers through various channels, including email, chat, social media, video and phone
  • Follow up with all leads within 2-3 minutes of a call or email (when not in meetings)
  • Listen actively to inquiries and provide accurate information about our plans, customization options, pricing, and available lots
  • Qualify leads and understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations.
  • Provide consistent follow-up to prospects with the goal of setting an appointment with the New Home Specialist
  • Provide relevant information and marketing material to prospects
  • Work with the prospect to determine the best floor plan and options
  • Use the sales process to help buyers through the buying process
  • Utilize lead-management software
  • Track, analyze and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios
  • Support online marketing efforts
  • Provide sales/administrative support
  • Additional responsibilities as needed
  • The work week for this position will be Tuesday through Saturday
