Marketing Specialist

OP2 Labs, a leading consumer goods company and 4X INC 5000 fastest-growing company, is seeking a Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience, ideally in the health and wellness or related consumer goods sector. This role requires a dynamic individual who can implement and manage marketing strategies that align with our business goals and enhance our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email, to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling marketing materials and promotional content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and new opportunities for growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve marketing objectives.
• Manage content creation, distribution, and maintenance across all platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and product launches.
• Manage the Frog Fuel and ProT GOLD influencer outreach program.

Requirements

• Degree not required; OP2 values skills and experience over education.
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or advertising related role.
• Located in or near the DFW area - while the position is predominantly remote, periodic travel to the office will be required.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience with ClickUp, Air and Klaviyo is preferred.
• Adaptable and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
