Join a four-year-old growing-commerce company specializing in fashion, homeware, tabletop & gifts. The Avenue by Lyndsey Zorich is a female-led, Houston owned business that has disrupted the market in online retail with distinctive content creation and an incredibly curated offering of goods highlighting small brands, artists, and makers to our incredible customers. Last year, The Avenue launched it's own private label brand, Mason's Daughter. Joining The Avenue at this state offers potential for significant opportunity as we continue to scale growth of our brand.
Requirements
ibilities:
- Support marketing, sales, & operations to help The Avenue reach sales goals and function properly.
- Be a team player able to work with cross functional teams to create a beautiful corner on the Internet with unique products, exceptional customer service and a kindness culture.
- Partner with the PR lead and Lyndsey to execute plans and develop new strategies around various new revenue streams including TikTok Shop, LTK, subscription services, clienteling, etc.
- Launch and maintain a Mason’s Daughter instagram account.
- Build editorial plans around key launches, events, & holidays in partnership with the team.
- Maintain and update website to increase conversion and AOV
- Create product pages prior to launching new wholesale products
- Assist with coordinating photoshoots from drafting shot lists, pulling inspiration, and scheduling.
- Assist with events & influencer campaigns as needed.
- Keep a pulse on whats trending and come to the table with creative content ideas to break through the social media noise.
- Manage the content calendar for instagram (@shoptheavenue and @lyndseyzorich), Pinterest, & TikTok.
- Create a substack account for LZ where we drop a weekly shopping newsletter for shopping around the internet which will allow to organically work in new brand contracts for LZ influencer revenue stream.
- Help develop strategy for an instagram broadcast channel as a potential additional revenue stream.
- Manage and provide guidance to part time social media support staff.
- Own audience engagement with influencers, brands, and customers ensuring a timely response and adjusting strategy to drive sales as needed.
- Stay abreast of social media marketing strategies, trends, industry knowledge and small business culture.
- Maintain and grow current brand followers.
