Requirements
Tech-Savvy Administrative Assistant:
- Strong tech-savvy skills: Proficient in using various office software and technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external contacts.
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset: Ability to quickly learn new software or tools, troubleshoot technical issues, and find efficient solutions.
Account Executive:
- Proven sales track record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in the compliance and training industry or selling products/services related to government agencies would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills: Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and build strong relationships with clients.
- Customer focus: Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Prior experience in client relationship management and account growth is desirable.
- Self motivated and results-driven: A proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative, sets goals, and consistently strives for excellence. Must possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for success.
- Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the government, its regulations, and training requirements is a plus. A willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and changes is essential.

Responsibilities
Tech-Savvy Administrative Assistant:
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with project coordination and tracking.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing email correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.
Account Executive:
- Prospect and qualify leads within the regulation and compliance industry, targeting key decision-makers.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the value of our training and regulation manuals.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate post-sales activities.
