Full Job Description
Community Hospital Corporation (CHC), a DFW Top 100 Employer, is looking for a Corporate Manager Pharmacy Integration and Account Management responsible for the integration of CHC Supply Trust members, including the integration of new members, as it relates to workflow, contract integration, compliance, education and competency regarding various CHC Supply Trust Clinical Initiatives. In addition, this position will be responsible for managing relationships with assigned member hospitals for the development of programs to assist members with optimizing the GPO portfolio.

This individual is also responsible for communications of various performance contract programs and initiatives to member facilities and other CHC staff through the use of verbal and written communication tools.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Member Integration: Overseeing the onboarding process for new members, including workflow, contract integration, compliance, education, and competency regarding various Clinical Initiatives.
- Account Management: Building and managing strong relationships with assigned member facilities. This includes serving as a dedicated point of contact for inquiries and support, proactively identifying member needs, and developing customized solutions to optimize their use of the CHC Supply Trust portfolio.
- Program Development: Creating programs to assist both new and existing members in maximizing the benefits of the GPO portfolio.
- Communication & Education: Effectively communicating various performance contract programs and CHC Supply Trust initiatives to member facilities and other CHC staff through various channels.
General Duties
- Supports integration of Pharmacy Clinical Services with CHC Supply Trust members to ensure that the Pharmacy Services are well aligned and optimize all components of the program.
- Provides oversight and leadership for establishing 340B including oversight and committee development, while providing expertise to staff and participants for ongoing implementations and compliance
- Analyze clinical and contracting opportunities and develop implementation plans for facilities.
- Provide, develop and validate monthly reports to demonstrate contract performance, missed opportunities and financial impact.
- Review pharmacy usage history reports for complimentary spend analysis and validate as needed prior to the sales presentation
- Maintain pharmacy contacts in Salesforce
- Validate contracts have been loaded and HealthTrust pricing is connected
- Act as liaison to facilities in meeting clinical and contract compliance goals.
- Facilitate opportunities for member interaction and networking regarding pharmacy programs.
- Assist members with clinical knowledge, clinical reference for pharmacy programs, and dissemination of pertinent clinical programs and clinical information to facilities.
- Develops and maintains relationships with staff and facilities to serve as clinical and/or operational resources when needed.
- Performs other tasks and duties as assigned in an efficient, effective and cost-conscious manner, complying with all CHC’s policies, procedures and regulations
- Exhibits appropriate quality service behaviors in meeting and/or exceeding the needs of departmental customers, co-workers and others they encounter as representatives of CHC Supply Trust.

Requirements
Education
- Registered Pharmacist, Doctorate of Pharmacy (DP)
- Pharmacy Residency (PGY1 & PGY2) training preferred
Certificate/License
- Active Pharmacy Licensure in any state (TX preferred)
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations
- Acute care facility managerial experience; ideally with experience in multi-facility/IDN clinical/contracting initiative creation and implementation.
- Pertinent clinical training or appropriate GPO experience may be substituted.
- A minimum of 1 year of 340B Program experience preferred
Skills and Knowledge
- Aptitude to exercise critical thinking and problem-solving
- Demonstrated success in managing a pharmacy program within an acute care facility, clinic, managed care organization or GPO required, including successful initiative implementation in a multi-facility environment.
- Clinical knowledge across a wide range of therapeutic categories (I.e. infectious disease, cardiology, oncology, etc.) and generic equivalents, therapeutic equivalents, and biosimilar drugs
- Pharmacy operations knowledge and experience with assisting implementation of directed initiatives.
- Familiarity with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) and associated contract pricing is required.
- Demonstrated success in the evaluation of opportunities within hospitals for the purposes of the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of the Federal 340B Drug Pricing Program for qualifying hospitals.
- Experience in drug formulary development, management, and optimization
- Ability to assess and optimize pharmacy operations within a healthcare setting
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and completeness
- Possesses good organizational and presentation skills. Demonstrated presentation/public speaking skills and experience required.
- Demonstrates leadership presence, and practices excellent diplomacy skills.
- Possesses developed interpersonal skills to work in a high-profile and fast-paced team environment.
- Proficient with a personal computer and the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
