Maintenance Worker

All-Tex Staffing & Personnel is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Maintenance Worker. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds. This is a critical role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for our employees and customers. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing and electrical systems
• Inspect and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment and machinery
• Perform general repairs and maintenance on buildings, including painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs
• Maintain and repair landscaping and grounds
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

• Prior experience in general maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of standard maintenance and repair techniques
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Experience in HVAC systems maintenance is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license
