This opportunity is with a small to medium-sized, high-purity specialty chemical manufacturer located near Dallas, TX. This leadership role will focus on driving operational excellence through preventative maintenance and engineering initiatives. You'll lead a team of technicians, engineers, and planners to ensure equipment reliability, manage capital projects, and implement continuous improvement programs, especially critical equipment and preventative programs. Responsibilities include budget management, safety compliance, personnel development, and fostering a culture of problem-solving and innovation. Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, ideally mechanical
- 4+ years of in-plant maintenance or reliability engineering experience
- 2+ years of supervision experience of direct reports (salaried and hourly)
