Full Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance & Facilities Technician to oversee various building related and equipment based maintenance, sanitation, and installation. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of the facility and our equipment, and ensure that our spaces are safe and well functioning. The ideal candidate will be well organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. A self starter mindset and phenomenal efficiency can set you apart among our candidate pool. The goal is to ensure our gym space is problem free and safe, so that employees and athletes can work under the best conditions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as facilities tech or relevant position within the gymnastics or cheer industry a critical bonus
- Experience working in a gymnastics or cheer related field a bonus
- Skilled in basic facility maintenance and repair
- Full-time availability
- Good organizational skills to manage all responsibilities and promote efficiency required
