All-Tex Staffing & Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of our facilities. This role requires a strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing and electrical systems
• Inspect and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or maintenance needs
• Repair or replace faulty hardware or equipment
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of work areas
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
• Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for events or special occasions

Requirements

• Prior experience in general maintenance preferred
• Good knowledge of maintenance techniques and procedures
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliability and punctuality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
