Machinist

As a Machinist, you will be responsible for operating various types of machinery to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Conduct measurements and inspections using precision measuring instruments
• Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate production of parts
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes
• Adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards
• Document production data and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Machinist
• Strong knowledge of machining techniques and processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience with CNC machining is a plus
