Position Summary:

As a Logistics Systems Operation Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of logistics management systems, including WMS, TMS, and Cello. You will provide technical support to end-users, identify process inefficiencies, and implement system-wide improvements to enhance productivity and achieve business objectives

Responsibilities:
1. System Management and Monitoring:
- Manage and monitor Logistics Management Systems (WMS, TMS, Cello) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
2. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support to operation end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution.
3. Process Improvement and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process inefficiencies, proposing and implementing system-wide improvements.
4. Improvement Request Prioritization and Submission:
- Prioritize improvement requests based on their impact on productivity and business objectives. Provide technical outlines for submission to the development teams.
5. Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Define testing strategies and execute tests to ensure the quality of system corrections or new development items.
6. Feature Deployment Planning and Monitoring:
- Plan feature deployments and monitor the cutover process in collaboration with the development team.
7. User Training and Support:
- Train new users on system functionalities and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
8. Organizational Task Management:
- Manage day-to-day organizational tasks related to system operation and support.
9. Additional Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, logistics, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of Logistics Management Systems, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations and processes
- Experience with WMS and TMS platforms such as SAP WM and JDA TMS
- Preferable experience in working with Global Integrated Logistics Systems, including international freight, claim and billing processes
- Proficiency in system administration, data management, user access management and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization including customers and carriers
- Ability to prioritize effectively, while meeting deadlines
- Experience with integrating external partners through EDI or API will be a plus
- Relevant experience in 3PLs logistics companies specializing in transportation of electronics in US is preferred
