If you have a passion for helping others navigate the complexities of mortgage servicing and hands-on experience with investor accounting and reporting (to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and/or Ginnie Mae), this is the perfect opportunity for you!
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch mortgage loan servicing software support and consulting. Your role will involve not only assisting clients but empowering them to make the most out of our services. Your contributions will directly influence their efficiency and success, so your impact will be significant! You’ll engage with clients through calls and emails in a fast-paced environment, lead training sessions, present product webinars, and collaborate on testing our software to ensure quality.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
- Hands-on experience in investor accounting, ideally with reports such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and/or Ginnie Mae.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the residential mortgage loan servicing industry.
- A deep understanding of mortgage loan servicing, alongside knowledge of escrow administration, ARM analysis, payment processing, and IRS reporting is a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to travel across the U.S. as needed.
