Leasing Consultant

LGI Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant at our Luckey Ranch community in San Antonio.

The Leasing Consultant will handle all leasing activity for rental homes; including taking phone calls, web-leads and walk-ins, setting appointments, processing applications and executing leases. This position will also manage all communication with potential and existing tenants.

This position will work 5 days per week, Saturday work is required.

Requirements

The Leasing Consultant must have a positive attitude with excellent customer service and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone. Experience in multi-family or single-family rentals is preferred. Saturday work is required.
