Lease Operator

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Review lease documentation and identify any discrepancies or issues
• Prepare and maintain lease records, including updating information and tracking lease expirations and renewals
• Conduct regular lease audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to resolve lease-related issues
• Assist with lease negotiations and renegotiations, including analyzing lease terms and conditions
• Coordinate with landlords and tenants to address lease-related inquiries or concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as a Lease Operator or similar role within the accounting industry
• Strong knowledge of lease management principles and practices
• Familiarity with accounting software and lease management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
