Service First Mortgage is currently hiring for a Junior Processor.
Requirements
The Junior Loan Processor will prepare the loan files, review loan applications, and collect additional information as appropriate. Duties include:
- Performing new loan set up on residential mortgage loans.
- Ensuring quality is consistent with all company policies and procedures as well as meeting all regulatory requirements
- Managing the timeline to ensure timely receipts of all required documents, and following up with the appropriate party
- Service Order requests including but not limited to: appraisals, titles, tax returns, social security verifications, employment verification, deposit verification, flood certificates etc.
- Obtaining borrower verifications
- Working closely with internal and external contacts to highlight deficiencies
- May be asked to carry small pipeline with Ops Management Approval
Additional assistant duties for designated Loan Officer may include:
- Manage the Loan Officer(s) calendar, including follow-up, appointment setting and time blocking as appropriate.
- Primary point of contact for phone calls.
- Manage the CRM, including follow-ups with warm leads and closed loans.
- Pipeline management, including scheduled pipeline reviews, daily tracking and weekly status calls to customers.
- Utilization of designated Sales tools and reporting methods.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of general office experience; previous mortgage experience preferred
