prosource.it is a global IT Managed Service provider working with Medium to Enterprise level, global clients and looking for a Junior IT Administrator who is interested in joining a global, enterprise level team who are delivering technical solutions to our internal business partners to drive processes and meet business requirements.

We are looking to hire a skilled Junior IT Administrator to join an established team for a major oil and gas customer. The individual in this role will be responsible for accurate record keeping and updating of inventory in excel, as well as following technical documented processes to company requirements. The successful candidate will be expected to join the team onsite at the Houston office in the Energy Corridor. This position is onsite 5 days a week with the duration of up to 9 months.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory record keeping & updating in excel
  • Provide updated to senior team members
  • Lifting and moving of boxes with inventory
  • Imaging of devices using documented process

Requirements

  • Attention to detail
  • Onsite 5 days a week
  • Skilled in Excel 
  • Interest in technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization
  • Self Starter with ability to work in collaborative team environment
  • Comfortable somewhat isolated from the rest of the workforce
  • Comfortable with repetitive work processes
  • High School Education or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Location:                   Houston, Texas (Energy Corridor)

Hours:                        40 hours per week (minimum)

Model:                        Required to be onsite

Engagement:           W2

Salary:                        $40-45k depending on experience
