About the Role
Our client, a software company is seeking a junior full-stack developer for an ongoing web project. The project involves the development of an e-commerce platform, and the company is currently in the planning and research phase. The ideal candidate should have specific experience with React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and MongoDB. The role requires the developer to be present in Austin, United States, for part of the project, which is expected to last approximately one week.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team during the planning and research phase to understand project requirements and goals.
- Contribute to the development of both frontend and backend components of the e-commerce website.
- Use React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to create an intuitive and responsive user interface.
- Develop server-side logic and APIs using Node.js.
Requirements
- Junior-level experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for frontend development.
- Experience with Node.js for backend development and API creation.
- Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online payment systems.
