About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Data Analyst to join our Analytics team at our headquarters in Fort Worth, TX. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for data analysis and delivering impactful insights to drive growth decisions for our clients.
The Data Analyst will be responsible for conducting advanced analyses, creating custom reports and dashboards, and standardizing data used in developing client solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop predictive models, analyze consumer and site location data, and identify trends and patterns that inform strategic decisions.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess outstanding analytical skills, a strong understanding of statistical concepts, and the ability to solve complex problems. They will leverage their expertise in tools such as SAS, SPSS, R, or comparable analytical platforms to standardize data, perform data verification, and build dynamic reports and dashboards using Tableau.
Where you’ll work
This is a hybrid role with weekly in-office requirements (as business needs allow). Our office is located in Fort Worth, TX.
What you'll do
- Support a cross-functional team in developing predictive models that drive growth decisions for our clients
- Analyze consumer data, including frequency, valuation, expenditure habits, and other behavioral patterns
- Analyze site location data, identifying trends by site characteristics, site types, key performance indicators, and qualitative findings
- Standardize data for analysis and perform data verification to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Build and customize dynamic reports and dashboards using Tableau
- Work on ad hoc analyses and custom analytic solutions
- Communicate project scope, progress, and findings to internal teams and directly with clients
- Engage with clients to deliver analytic solutions, provide support, and collaborate with their key stakeholders, real estate teams, and marketing teams to solve organizational problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities for existing client accounts
Requirements
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, econometrics, mathematics, decision science, market research, business analytics or related field
- Experience working in SAS, SPSS, R or comparable analytical platform
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Outstanding analytical skills, familiarity with statistical concepts, and ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills and ability to complete work on a deadline
Preferred qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Experience with Salesforce and related CRM products
- Experience in Quantitative Analytics, SQL (or equivalent academic experience), and Tableau

- Ability to operate effectively in a client-facing, multi-agency/vendor environment

Compensation
Targeted Base Salary Range for candidates located in the U.S. is $65,000 to $70,000.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and a candidate’s home base. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation in addition to base pay may be provided as part of a total compensation package, including eligibility to participate in a bonus plan.
