Janitorial Specialist

```Duties```
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
- Operate cleaning equipment and machinery as needed (e.g., buffers, carpet cleaners)

The pay is PER CLEAN and will vary depending on which location we have you going to and how many people are working on the clean with you.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: starts at $50.00 per job, we offer higher compensation due to the scope and nature of the work

Requirements

- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial cleaning techniques
- Familiarity with floor care procedures including buffing and waxing
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
