SRG Stairs, a growing and industry leading construction services company, is currently seeking a full-time Invoicing Associate to join their growing team to support their Blinds division.
Key Job Details:
- $43k-$45k annual salary!

Minimum Required Work Experience, Education & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Two years of work experience in an Accounts Receivable, or similar, role; or
- An equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Proficient in basic usage of MS Office applications to include Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares and issues invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Verifies invoice accuracy and ensures all relevant documentation is attached.
- Tracks and follows up on past due invoices and outstanding customer payments.
- Coordinates with project managers to confirm billing amounts and project progress, as appropriate.
- Receives, reviews, and processes customer invoices for payment.
- Enters and codes invoices in the accounting system.
- Reconciles customer statements and resolves discrepancies.
- Maintains accurate and organized financial records.
- Ensures proper documentation for all transactions.
- Assists in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Adheres to accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Assists with audits and provides necessary documentation as requested.
- Performs general and routine clerical and administrative duties, as assigned, to support workflow continuity and operational efficiency.
- Attends meetings, as required.
- Consistently displays integrity, responsibility, accountability, teamwork, and ethics.
- Performs assigned job duties and responsibilities in accordance with established performance expectations, as well as with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Demonstrates proficient working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as database systems and applications relevant to the job function.
