Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

- Actively engage in prospecting and lead generation activities
- Follow up on sales leads and referrals to secure new business
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are being met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be self-motivated and have a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
- Active insurance license in the state of Texas or willingness to obtain
