$40 - $60 /hour W2 Pay Rate

Ourly is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead a sales team in driving growth for the construction services industry. This contract role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and mentoring a team of inside sales representatives, and ensuring that sales goals are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of sales processes. In this role, you will empower your team through effective coaching, support sales training, and implement best practices for lead generation and client engagement—all while enjoying the flexibility of remote or hybrid work.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role

- Construction Industry Preferred

- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills

- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making

- Strong organizational and time management skills
