Role Description

The Influencer Marketing Manager will own all aspects of our influencer marketing strategy, from nurturing existing influencer partnerships to onboarding new creators and launching impactful campaigns. In this role, you will manage our relationships through the GRIN platform, handle whitelisting initiatives, build brand campaigns, and seed 50-100 new creators per month. This role requires a proactive, organized, and strategic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Influencer Relationship Management:

  • Nurture existing relationships with 100+ influencers and creators.  
  • Negotiate contracts, manage payments, and provide ongoing support.  
  • Develop strategies to optimize influencer performance and brand alignment.

Creator Seeding & Outreach:

  • Identify, vet, and onboard 50-100 new influencers/creators per month.  
  • Build pipelines for nano, micro, and macro creators that align with our brand values.  
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and seeding initiatives.  

Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Plan, executed, and tracked influencer campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.  
  • Collaborate with the content, growth, and creative teams to develop campaign assets.  
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for each campaign, providing actionable insights.

Whitelisting & Paid Collaboration:

  • Manage whitelisting permissions with influencers to boost performance in paid media.  
  • Work with the performance marketing team to amplify content through paid ads.  

Platform Management:

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the GRIN influencer platform.  
  • Ensure all influencer data, campaign progress, and analytics are up-to-date.  
  • Utilize GRIN’s CRM and reporting features to track success and report performance to stakeholders.  

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Measure and report on influencer marketing ROI, engagement, and conversions.  
  • Develop actionable insights from data to optimize future campaigns.  
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on campaign performance and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in CPG, beauty, or wellness industries.
  • Hands-on experience with the **GRIN influencer platform** (required).  
  • Proven ability to scale influencer networks and manage 100+ creators.  
  • Strong understanding of influencer whitelisting and paid media strategies.  
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.  
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and reporting ROI.  
  • Creative thinker with a pulse on the latest trends in influencer marketing and social media.
