Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Here’s the job: As the Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute influencer and affiliate strategies that align with our brand’s goals and drive engagement and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, product and sales channels to be able to identify and collaborate with key influencers and affiliates to create impactful campaigns.

The ideal candidate is creative, strategic and understands digital marketing trends and influencer culture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Influencer & Affiliate marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Identify and build relationships with prominent Influencers/Affiliates and thought leaders 
• Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
• Track and report program efficiency relevant to KPIs
• Maintain and nurture VIP affiliate relationships 
• Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer and influencer campaigns
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
• Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
• Understand that in this role, you are representing our brand, and must be able to create, maintain and develop relationships with respect and uphold our company values at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications, PR , or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of previous experience directly managing affiliate/influencer programs
• Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies. Knowledge of analytical tools such as GA4, Shopify or BI Tools
• In depth knowledge on influencer and affiliate platforms such as Impact, Grin, LTK,Cake among others
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized with great time management skills
• Outstanding project management skills 
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Networking aptitude
• Knowledge of the health industry
