As an Industrial Grinder, you will be responsible for operating grinding machines to shape and finish metal and other materials according to precise specifications. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of grinding machines
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Adjust machine settings to achieve the desired shape and finish
• Perform grinding operations on a variety of materials
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Maintain accurate records of production data
• Perform routine maintenance on grinding machines
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Industrial Grinder or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of grinding techniques and processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with different types of grinding machines
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
