As the Manager at Avalon Imaging, you will play a crucial role in driving the business development efforts of our clinic while ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive clinic growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and healthcare providers.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the clinic's visibility and reputation in the healthcare community.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with external partners to secure advantageous terms.
- Represent the clinic at industry conferences, networking events, and community engagements.
Operations and Employee Management:
- Oversee department operations, projects, schedules, and activities to accomplish goals within set timelines.
- Manage and develop staff to achieve overall objectives in terms of quality, service, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure employee compliance with policies and procedures; take actions upon non-compliance.
- Drive department service standards and activities to impact patient satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and communication to maintain a competent and engaged employee group.
- Develop and manage department operational budgets, approvals, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure a safe and effective working environment, monitor safety plans, and oversee staff credentials.
- Coordinate patient care with other members of the team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and desired patient outcomes.
- Proactively optimize outcomes and information systems by monitoring and improving department workflow.
- Serve as an internal expert, developing and implementing training programs for staff.
- Manage multi-site locations in the state of Texas.
Requirements
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in radiology services in a people management role.
