Hydraulic Cylinder Mechanics

1 Resource Group is seeking an experienced Hydraulic Cylinder Mechanic to join our team. As a Hydraulic Cylinder Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hydraulic cylinders and related components. You will work on a variety of hydraulic systems, ensuring that they are functioning properly and meeting safety standards. Responsibilities:

• Inspect and diagnose hydraulic cylinder issues
• Disassemble and repair hydraulic cylinders and related components
• Replace seals, bearings, and other damaged parts
• Test repaired cylinders to ensure proper functionality
• Use hand and power tools to disassemble and reassemble cylinders
• Install and test hydraulic systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a hydraulic cylinder mechanic
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Applicant must have at least 2 years rebuilding hydraulic cylinders .
