We are looking for a Senior Level HR Business Partner based in Dallas, Texas. The HRBP acts as a consultant, advisor, and change agent, focusing on strategic planning, talent management, and organizational development to ensure the company achieves its strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Consult with senior management to provide daily HR guidance and strategic planning support.

2. Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies that address organizational challenges.

3. Resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough investigations, and provide recommendations for resolutions.

4. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

5. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

6. Identify training needs for teams and individuals, and evaluate training programs to ensure they meet organizational objectives.

7. Offer strategic workforce planning advice, including succession planning and talent acquisition strategies, to ensure the organization has the right talent to achieve its goals.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a minimum of 8 years in resolving complex employee relations issues.

2. Strong knowledge of HR metrics, labor legislation, and best practices in HR management.

3. Excellent people management skills, with an analytical and goal-oriented mindset.

4. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
