Are you passionate about Harley-Davidson motorcycles and love helping customers find the perfect gear? RideNow Powersports is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Harley-Davidson Motorclothes Sales Associate to join our team!
As a Harley-Davidson Motorclothes Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, creating a fun and memorable shopping experience, and driving sales of our premium Motorclothes and accessories.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and provide outstanding assistance in finding the perfect Harley-Davidson gear and accessories
- Upsell and cross-sell related merchandise to enhance the customer's riding experience
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail environment
- Communicate promotions and new merchandise to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry
- Passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and knowledge of Motorclothes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
