Goodsmith is revolutionizing the home services industry by providing concierge-level care for property maintenance and repairs. Our seamless, high-quality service is redefining the way homeowners care for their investments. As we expand, we're looking for a Marketing and Growth Lead to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing strategies and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition and Conversion:

  • Execute multi-channel lead-generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media, to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
  • Oversee paid marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms, including performance tracking.
  • Implement and track referral marketing programs to boost new customer acquisition through advocacy.

CRM and Customer Engagement:

  • Design and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer interactions throughout the lifecycle.
  • Optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, convert prospects, and engage existing customers.
  • Leverage analytics to segment audiences and deliver personalized marketing efforts.

Retention:

  • Develop, in partnership with operations, and implement strategies to maximize customer retention and lifetime value through targeted communications and value-added services.
  • Design campaigns that drive continued engagement, loyalty, and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience that reinforces brand trust.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to ensure competitiveness.
  • Track key metrics across all marketing activities, using data to inform and optimize strategy.
  • Regularly report on marketing and growth performance, delivering actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, growth, and related fields.
  • Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition through both digital and offline channels.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Tovana), and ad management tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making.
  • Experience with service-oriented or subscription businesses is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
