Responsibilities: We are looking to fill the General Manager position in our Corpus Christi dealership location.

The ideal candidates will have management experience in a high volume, large auto dealership and will have completed an auto dealer finance/sales school.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and coaching sales staff.
- Deliver ongoing training and development for sales staff
- Coordinate with recruiting staff to communicate hiring needs
- Desk deals and assist with closing sales for sales associates as needed.
- Establish and maintain strong relations with both customers and management at the
- All other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Graduate of formal automotive/sales finance training program
- 2 years of automotive management experience in a high-volume sales environment
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Motility software preferred
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, which govern retail
