General Finance Manager (Finance Director)

*Position is located in Cleburne, TX.

We're currently looking for a General Finance Manager (Finance Director) with a strong background in the RV / Automotive business and expertise in team building and promoting profitability. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the financial department for the #1 RV Dealership in the US.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting, with experience working in the RV industry or a related field.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial plans, forecasts, budgeting, and analysis.

- Lead/manage the finance team, mentoring, and motivating them in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
- Drive performance improvements and efficiency to maximize profitability and minimize cost.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, cash flow, and compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide guidance to the executive team, board members, and other company leadership in financial matters and strategies.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and systems to manage risk, ensure the accuracy of financial data, and streamline financial processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance with 3+ years of experience in the RV business, with a deep understanding of the industry.
• Proven track record in leading and managing teams, promoting a collaborative culture, and building a high-performance team.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent computer skills.
