Currently Looking for a Full Time, Bilingual Virtual Onboarding Specialist in San Antonio, TX 78216 (In Office Position)

In Office position (Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00 p.m.)

Full- Time, pay rate $16.00 to $18.00 pr hr.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in computer usage
• Preferred experience/familiarity with Microsoft 365 & PDF applications
• Responsible for candidate screening & Interview Coordination
• Conduct pre-onboarding activities such as completing background checks, verifying references, gathering necessary documentation before new hire start date
• Facilitating orientation sessions with new hires
• Monitoring the onboarding progress of new hires
• Providing updates to recruitment team and management on the onboarding process and new hire
• Ensuring all required paperwork is completed and stored properly

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have previous office experience
• Previous Health Care experience preferred.
• VESTA or PAS experience preferred
• Fluent Bilingual (English and Spanish)
