Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers during flights
• Provide high-quality customer service to enhance the passenger experience
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrations
• Assist passengers with their needs, including boarding, in-flight service, and landing
• Manage in-flight emergencies and follow safety protocols
• Collaborate with the flight crew to deliver seamless service
• Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment throughout the flight

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Willingness to undergo training and certification processes
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
