Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after flights
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking
• Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and checks
• Serve refreshments and meals to passengers
• Address and resolve passenger queries and concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluent in English and at least one other language
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Willingness to travel extensively
