Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers before, during, and after flights.
- Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
- Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning.
- Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure the aircraft is ready for passengers.
- Serve food and beverages to passengers in a professional manner.
- Address passenger inquiries and provide information about the flight and services available.
- Manage in-flight emergencies and assist in the implementation of safety protocols.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for travel and providing excellent customer service.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols (training provided).
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid passport.
