Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during flights
- Deliver high-quality customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and prepare the cabin for service
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarkation procedures
- Serve food and beverages to passengers according to airline standards
- Address passenger inquiries and provide assistance throughout the flight
- Manage in-flight incidents and resolve conflicts professionally and calmly
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fluency in at least one language in addition to English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
- Willingness to undergo training and certification as required by airline policies
