Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety during all phases of the flight
• Assist passengers with seating arrangements and luggage
• Provide exceptional customer service and address passenger inquiries
• Serve food and beverages according to airline standards
• Conduct safety demonstrations before takeoff
• Monitor the cabin for any issues or concerns
• Handle emergencies calmly and effectively

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Must pass a medical examination and background check
